Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Madurai
Arrive in Madurai; check into your hotel. Visit the iconic Meenakshi Amman Temple and witness the evening Aarti ceremony.
Day 2: Madurai to Kanyakumari
Drive to Kanyakumari (approx. 4–5 hours). Visit Suchindram Thanumalayan Temple en route. Evening view of the sunset at Kanyakumari Beach.
Day 3: Kanyakumari Exploration
Early morning sunrise at Triveni Sangam. Take a ferry to Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the Thiruvalluvar Statue.
Day 4: Kanyakumari to Rameshwaram
Drive to Rameshwaram (approx. 6 hours) via the scenic Pamban Bridge. Evening visit to the Agnitheertham seashore.
Day 5: Rameshwaram & Dhanushkodi
Early morning darshan at Sri Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple including the 22 holy wells bath. Afternoon excursion to the “Ghost Town” of Dhanushkodi.
Day 6: Rameshwaram to Tiruvannamalai
Long drive to Tiruvannamalai (approx. 7–8 hours). Evening visit to the Arunachaleswarar Temple at the base of Annamalai Hill.
Day 7: Tiruvannamalai to Chennai/Departure
Perform Girivalam (circumambulation of the hill) if time permits. Drive to Chennai (approx. 4 hours) for your return flight or train
