Day 1: Bangalore to Mysore
Depart from Bangalore and stop en route at Srirangapatna, the historic capital of Tipu Sultan. Visit the Dariya Daulat Bagh and the Ranganathaswamy Temple. Check into your hotel in Mysore. Visit the Mysore Palace, a magnificent Indo-Saracenic structure Head to Brindavan Gardens, famous for its musical fountain show that starts after sunset.
Visit Chamundi Hill for panoramic views of Mysore and the Chamundeshwari Temple. En Route to Coorg: Visit the Namdroling Monastery (Golden Temple) in Bylakuppe, the largest Tibetan settlement in South India. Stop at Kaveri Nisargadhama, a bamboo-forest island. Arrive in Madikeri (Coorg) and watch the sunset from Raja’s Seat, a historic viewpoint for

Drive to Talakaveri, the birthplace of the River Cauvery, and the nearby Bhagamandala temple at the confluence of three rivers. Visit Abbey Falls, located amidst coffee and spice plantations. Later, explore the Madikeri Fort, which houses a small museum.
Leisure time at local markets for Coorg’s famous spices, coffee, and homemade wines.

Visit the Dubare Elephant Camp (arrive by 8:30 AM for elephant bathing and feeding).

Embark on the long drive to Ooty. This route passes through the Bandipur and Mudumalai National Parks, where you may spot deer, elephants, or peacocks from the road.
Evening: Check into your Ooty hotel and relax. If time permits, visit the Ooty Lake for a peaceful evening boat ride.

Morning: Take the Nilgiri Mountain Railway Optional (Toy Train) from Ooty to Afternoon: In Coonoor, visit Sim’s Park, a botanical garden with rare plant species. Explore scenic viewpoints like Dolphin’s Nose and Lamb’s Rock for views of the Nilgiri hills. Visit a Tea Factory and Museum to learn about tea processing and buy fresh Nilgiri tea.

Visit Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiris (2,637m), for stunning valley views.
Explore the Government Botanical Garden, which features a 20-million-year-old fossil tree and terraced lawns. Later, walk through the Government Rose Garden, home to over 20,000 varieties of roses. Visit the C.S.I. St. Stephen’s Church, one of Ooty’s oldest heritage buildings.

Visit Pykara Lake and Pykara Waterfalls. Enjoy a short stroll through the nearby Pine Forest and “9th Mile” shooting spot. Begin the return journey to Bangalore. Arrive in Bangalore for departure at the airport or railway station
