Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Beijing

Transfer from Beijing Capital (PEK) or Daxing (PKX) to your hotel.

Explore Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, the former home of 24 emperors. Visit the Temple of Heaven, where you can see locals practicing Tai Chi.

Excursion to the Great Wall of China (Mutianyu or Juyong Pass). Use the cable car for scenic views and the toboggan for a fun descent. Visit the Summer Palace and enjoy a photo stop at the Olympic Bird’s Nest stadium.

Board a Bullet Train from Beijing South to Shanghai (approx. 4.5–5 hours). These trains reach speeds of 350 km/h. Arrive and check into your hotel. Take your first walk along The Bund to see the futuristic Pudong skyline illuminated.

Immerse yourself in the world’s largest “castle park.” Don’t miss the unique Zootopia area and the high-tech Tron Lightcycle Power Run. Watch the “ILLUMINATE!” fireworks and projection show over the Enchanted Storybook Castle.

 Visit the 16th-century Yu Garden and the bustling Old City Bazaar. Ascend to the 88th floor of the Jin Mao Tower or the Shanghai Tower for panoramic city views. Relax on a Huangpu River Night Cruise.

Ride the Maglev Train (world’s fastest commercial train at 431 km/h) to Pudong International Airport (PVG). or Transfer to Pudong International Airport (PVG) for your flight home.
