Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport. Meet your tour manager and transfer to your hotel in the Old Quarter. Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university built in 1070. It is a stunning example of traditional Vietnamese architecture and Confucian culture. Take an electric car or Cyclo (Rickshaw) ride through the 36-brand streets of the Old Quarter. End the evening at Hoan Kiem Lake to see the red Huc Bridge and Ngoc Son Temple illuminated.
Ho Chi Minh Quarter,Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (monumental marble edifice).See the One Pillar Temple, a historic Buddhist temple built on a single stone pillar resembling a lotus blossom.Museum of Ethnology- Explore the outdoor exhibition featuring full-scale traditional houses of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. This is the best “scenic cultural” stop in the city. Evening: Water Puppet Show-Attend a world-famous Thang Long Water Puppet performance—an ancient art form where puppets dance on water to live folk music.
Morning breakfast then 2.5-hour drive via the expressway to Halong Bay. Board a luxury traditional wooden junk boat. Sail past thousands of limestone karsts. Activity: Visit Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, the largest and most beautiful cave in the bay, filled with stalactites and stalagmites.Evening: Enjoy a Sunset Party on the sundeck.
Start with Tai Chi on the sundeck at sunrise. Visit Ti Top Island for a panoramic view of the bay or go kayaking.Afternoon: Disembark and transfer to the airport for a short flight to Da Nang.Evening: Transfer to your hotel. Visit the Dragon Bridge, which breathes fire and water every weekend at 9:00 PM.
Take one of the world’s longest single-wire cable cars up to Ba Na Hills (1,487m altitude).Highlight: Walk the Golden Bridge (Cau Vang). This 150-metre pedestrian bridge, held by two giant mossy stone hands, offers the most iconic scenic view in Vietnam .Afternoon: French Village & Fantasy Park. Explore the French Village, a replica of classical French architecture with a gothic cathedral and cobblestone streets.Visit the Linh Ung Pagoda to see the massive 27-metre tall white Buddha statue overlooking the clouds.Evening: Return to Da Nang
