Arrive at Incheon International Airport (ICN). Meet your tour manager at the arrival hall. Then transfer (1 hour) to your hotel in central Seoul . Check-in and refresh. Head to N Seoul Tower on Namsan Mountain. Take the cable car to the top for a 360-degree panoramic view of the city. Walk through the vibrant Myeongdong Street. This is the world’s K-beauty capital—perfect for skincare shopping.
Morning Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace. Group Hanbok (Traditional Dress) rental. Wearing this allows free entry and incredible photos against the palace pavilions. Watch the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony at 10:00 AM. Walk through Bukchon Hanok Village, a preserved residential area with 600-year-old traditional wooden houses. Follow this with a stroll at Insadong Antique Street for traditional tea and souvenirs. A peaceful walk along the Cheonggyecheon Stream, a 10km long modern public recreation space in the heart of downtown Seoul.
Take a coach to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), the world’s most heavily fortified border. Highlights: Descend into the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel (dug by North Korea) and visit the Dora Observatory to look through binoculars into a North Korean “Propaganda Village.” Return to Seoul. Visit the War Memorial of Korea or enjoy free time at Namdaemun Market, Korea’s largest traditional market. Evening: Optional NANTA Show—a world-famous non-verbal rhythmic comedy show involving kitchen utensils and cooking.
Board the KTX Bullet Train from Seoul Station to Singyeongju (approx. 2 hours). Explore the “Museum Without Walls.” Visit Bulguksa Temple (UNESCO), a masterpiece of Buddhist art, and the Seokguram Grotto. Walk through Daereungwon Burial Mounds, where ancient kings are buried in massive green hills. End the day at Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, which is spectacular when illuminated at night.
Short drive to Busan, Korea’s second-largest city. Visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, a rare and stunning Buddhist temple built directly on the rocky coastline. Visit Gamcheon Culture Village. Wander through the brightly colored houses, street murals, and narrow stairs that make this a photographer’s paradise. Relax at Haeundae Beach or visit the BIFF Square (Busan International Film Festival) area for a mix of cinema history and local markets.
Fly from Busan (Gimhae Airport) to Jeju Island (1-hour flight). Visit the Manjanggul Lava Tube, one of the finest lava tunnels in the world (UNESCO). Later, hike up Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak), a massive tuff cone rising from the ocean. Visit Seongeup Folk Village to see how islanders lived in black-stone houses with thatched roofs.
Visit the Jusangjeolli Hexagon Cliffs, unique volcanic rock formations that look like giant honeycomb pillars. Follow this with Jeongbang Waterfall, the only waterfall in Asia that falls directly into the ocean. Visit the O’sulloc Tea Museum to see vast green tea plantations. Later, visit the Teddy Bear Museum, a fun group favorite featuring teddy bears in famous historical scenes.
