Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Beijing

Arrive at Beijing Capital (PEK) or Daxing (PKX) Airport; private transfer to your hotel. Relax or take a light stroll through Jingshan Park for a hilltop view of the Forbidden City. Stay overnight.

Day 2: Beijing

Drive to the Mutianyu Great Wall (less crowded than Badaling). Take a cable car up and a fun toboggan ride down. Photo stop at the Olympic Green to see the Bird’s Nest stadium and Water Cube. Free time or enjoy a traditional Kung Fu Show at the Red Theatre.

Day 3: Beijing

Explore the massive Tiananmen Square and enter the Forbidden City, the home of 24 emperors. Visit the Temple of Heaven, where emperors prayed for good harvests. See the locals practicing Tai Chi in the park.

Day 4: Beijing to Shanghai – The Bullet Train Experience

Visit the Summer Palace, a stunning lakeside imperial garden. Board the High-Speed Bullet Train to Shanghai (approx. 4.5 hours). Arrive in Shanghai; check in and take your first walk along The Bund to see the skyline lit up.

Day 5: Shanghai

Visit the 16th-century Yu Garden and the surrounding Old City Bazaar. Ascend the Shanghai Tower (world’s 2nd tallest) or the Oriental Pearl TV Tower for incredible views. A relaxing Huangpu River Night Cruise to see the “Wall of Skyscrapers” from the water

Day 6: Shanghai – Modern Spirit & French Charm

Visit the Jade Buddha Temple to see the priceless white jade statues. Explore the Former French Concession and Xintiandi for trendy cafes and “Shikumen” brick architecture. Final shopping spree at Nanjing Road, the world’s longest shopping street.

Day 7: Shanghai – The Super-Fast Exit

Transfer to Pudong International Airport (PVG) for your flight home.
